Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the joki55 website at https://joki55.cam, including all sub-pages, associated mobile interfaces, and any related services offered by joki55.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active joki55 account.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member on the Platform for the purpose of accessing joki55 services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any sports betting market, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or other gaming event offered through joki55.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or cashback amount credited to a Member account by joki55 that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Withdrawable Balance" means funds held in a Member account that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal to a verified payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by joki55 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transactional currency of the Platform for Indonesian Members.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform operations, draw times, and support hours.

Use of joki55 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. joki55 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable domestic law, or where access to offshore platforms of this nature is not a criminal offence under your local legislation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of joki55 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting as a private individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, broker, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily through the Platform or required by any regulatory or judicial authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the joki55 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify joki55 of any material changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username and password. joki55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login details.

Account credentials must not be shared with, lent to, or used by any third party under any circumstances. Any wager placed using your credentials — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is binding and non-reversible.

joki55 supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Indonesian local banks — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata — as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation of receipt by the Platform, typically within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within five minutes for bank transfers during regular banking hours. joki55 does not impose a deposit processing fee.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that match the name on the registered joki55 account — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. joki55 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. During peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required, processing may extend to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be processed after KYC verification has been completed. Any withdrawal request submitted prior to completing the minimum wagering turnover on deposited funds (where applicable under an active bonus) will be subject to review. joki55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000.

Failed Transactions: In the event that a deposit or withdrawal fails due to bank system downtime, e-wallet service interruptions, or incorrect account details provided by the Member, joki55 will attempt to notify the Member within two hours via the registered contact details. Repeated failed transactions from the same payment method may trigger a security review.

joki55 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 15× (fifteen times) the bonus amount before they may be converted to Withdrawable Balance. Some game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and certain progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are listed in the Bonus Terms schedule published on the Platform.

One Bonus Per Member: Each Member is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts, household IP addresses, or device fingerprints will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account balance without notice.

joki55's Right to Withdraw Bonuses: joki55 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has commenced wagering toward its requirements, joki55 will pro-rate any applicable compensation on a case-by-case basis.

All wagers placed on joki55 are subject to the specific game or market rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. For sports betting markets — including bandar bola (Asian handicap football betting), mix parlay (accumulator) selections, and voor bola (handicap line) markets — the rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted govern the settlement of that wager.

Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. joki55 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager without explanation, including wagers that would result in disproportionate liability exposure or that appear to be placed with the benefit of material non-public information.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment before the minimum playing time required for settlement, obvious pricing errors, and system malfunctions. Void bet stakes are returned to the Member's account balance in full.

In-Play Betting: For live in-play markets, joki55 may suspend betting at any point during an event at its discretion. Any bet placed during a suspension period will be voided. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that bets are accepted at the displayed odds prior to any suspension.

Slot & Casino Games: All slot titles offered on joki55 — including those from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Togel Draws: Results for all togel (numbers lottery) draws available on joki55 — including Singapore, Hongkong, and Sydney pools — are sourced directly from the official draw results published by the respective pool operators. joki55 bears no responsibility for errors or delays in the publication of official results by the originating operator.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the joki55 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including the sale, transfer, or brokerage of account credentials.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, market prices, or settlement results.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so constitutes a breach of applicable local law, and attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward joki55 support staff or other Members.

All content on the joki55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of joki55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or derivative creation based on Platform content without the prior written consent of joki55.

Any unauthorised use of joki55 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joki55 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond joki55's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking institutions, e-wallet operators, or network infrastructure providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit joki55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

joki55 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools available to all Members at no cost, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality-check notifications, and voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.

joki55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, joki55 will provide notice to registered Members via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notification displayed upon next login to the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact joki55 support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Withdrawable Balance.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the current applicable version. Previous versions are archived and available on request by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joki55 holds its international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between joki55 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days of written notice of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents joki55 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
